Michael Marchica, CTB, leads MBF Transportation with more than 25 years of experience across port drayage, intermodal, freight brokerage, carrier development, customer strategy and transportation operations.
His transportation career began as a dispatcher working alongside his father, Peter Marchica, at Bruin Transport Services. That early exposure to dispatch, customer service and day-to-day freight operations shaped the operating mindset he still brings to customers today.
As his career developed into executive leadership and business ownership, the focus remained the same: understand the customer’s freight, solve the operational problem and build long-term relationships through accountability and communication.

These affiliations reflect his long-standing commitment to the transportation industry, professional development, and building strong relationships throughout the logistics community.
